Weather Policy

A legal disclaimer

Because we are a mobile detailing service, weather conditions can directly affect our ability to safely and effectively perform certain services. Please review our policy below:

 

1. Weather-Dependent Services
For services like ceramic coatings, paint correction, and full exterior details, we require safe weather conditions to ensure high-quality results. In the case of rain, high winds, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

 

2. Covered or Indoor Spaces
If you have a garage, carport, or covered area, please let us know in advance. This may allow us to complete your service even during poor weather conditions.

 

3. Rescheduling Due to Weather
If weather prevents us from servicing your vehicle, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.

 

4. Client-Initiated Weather Concerns
If you prefer to reschedule due to expected weather-even if we are able to work-we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees.

 

Your vehicle's care is our priority, and we won't compromise on quality due to unsafe conditions.
