At Luxe Auto Detail, we take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property during service. However, to ensure clarity and protect both parties, please review our liability policy:

 

1. Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to:

• Scratches, dents, rust, cracked leather, or fading

• Weak or brittle trim, emblems, or weather stripping

• Peeling clear coat or paint damage
  These issues may worsen during the cleaning process, especially if already compromised.

 

2. Vehicle Modifications
Luxe Auto Detail is not liable for damage to aftermarket parts, wraps, or modifications that are not securely installed or that are sensitive to detailing products.

 

3. Interior Items & Personal Belongings
We are not liable for personal items left in the vehicle. We kindly ask all clients to remove valuables, electronics, and any other personal belongings prior to the appointment.

 

4. Mechanical or Electrical Issues
We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical malfunctions that may occur during or after detailing, especially on components that are already worn, loose, or faulty (e.g., power seats, buttons, window motors, etc.).

 

5. Weather & Environment
In the event of extreme weather, heat, or environmental conditions, Luxe Auto Detail reserves the right to reschedule services or make adjustments to ensure safety and quality.

 

6. On-Site Work & Parking
We are not liable for any damage to surfaces or driveways where work is performed. Please ensure we have safe, legal access to your vehicle in a suitable work area.
