To ensure the best results and maintain transparency with every service, Luxe Auto Detail follows a thorough pre-inspection process before beginning any detailing work.
1. Pre-Service Inspection
Before we begin, we will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle and document its current condition, including:

Scratches, dents, swirl marks, or paint damage

Interior stains, odors, or wear

Missing or damaged parts (trim, buttons, etc.) This helps protect both parties and ensures expectations are aligned.
2. Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. Luxe Auto Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
3. Excessive Dirt, Pet Hair, or Contamination
If your vehicle contains excessive dirt, sand, pet hair, mold, or biohazardous materials, additional fees may apply due to the extra time and labor required. We will notify you before beginning the service.
4. Pre-Existing Damage
We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to worn or loose parts, cracked leather, peeling tint, or weak clear coat.
5. Limitations of Results
While we aim to restore your vehicle to the highest standard, some stains, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable. We will always explain what to expect before proceeding.
